Operations Executive Educational Development Department

职务内容
  • Perform front desk duties (e.g. handling of phone calls, office mails and courier services)
  • Liaise with vendors/building management on office/facilities matters.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • To process the paperwork and submission to finance department.
  • To assist in planning the Financial year budgeting.
  • In charge of yearly stock take.
  • Manage preschool donation items.
  • Attend to parents’ enquiries.
  • Collect monthly school fee from parents.
  • Assist in new students’ enrolment.
  • Administer for all training courses for preschool staff.
  • Performs any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
任职要求
  • Minimum A level/ Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (need to liaise with Chinese Associate) both English and Chinese.
  • Posses at least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Patient Service Associate Medical Service Department

  • Update daily client statistic and submit monthly report to HOD.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls and clients’ queries.
  • Responsible for daily receipting duties, ensuring all receipts are properly accounted for, reconciled and banked-in on a timely basis.
  • Assist in month/ quarter/ year-end closing and reporting per stipulated closing timelines.

  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls and clients’ enquiries.
  • Responsible for daily receipting duties, ensuring all receipts are properly accounted for, reconciled and banked-in on a timely basis.
  • Assist in month/ quarter/ year-end closing and reporting per stipulated closing timelines.
  • Handles the purchase of therapy equipment / general office supplies and shall follow the general administrative process.
  • Assist the Home therapist in rostering the therapy support staffs availability to conduct home therapy service to the clients.
  • Assist in budgeting exercise and track budget utilization.
  • Assist in submission of donation funds to Finance Department.

  • Addressing media requests, collating the necessary details and evaluating to upkeep the positive image of the Foundation
  • Proactively keeping abreast of developments and new initiatives by the subsidiaries of the Foundation to identify and publicise newsworthy developments

Account payable
  • Process monthly Accounts Payable and payment run in a timely accurate manner. Ensure all documents are complete and approved prior to payment run.
  • Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in accounting system.
  • Obtain payment authorization, arrange mailing of cheques and mail payment advices to the vendor.
  • Maintain prior filling of payment documents
  • Prepare month-end accrual listing
  • Monitor vendors outstanding to ensure payment are up to date
  • Prepare documents for new vendor creation or vendor maintenance.
  • Prepare payment schedule
Collection
  • Process donation submission on working Saturday and provide support to Collection Team
  • Verify donation details in donation system
  • Support cash counting for fundraising and other events.

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
