职务内容 |
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for accounting tasks and processes (i.e. AP, AR, Cash Application, GL, and Account Reconciliation, etc.).

Account payable
- Process monthly Accounts Payable and payment run in a timely accurate manner. Ensure all documents are complete and approved prior to payment run.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in accounting system.
- Obtain payment authorization, arrange mailing of cheques and mail payment advices to the vendor.
- Maintain prior filling of payment documents
- Prepare month-end accrual listing
