Finance Assistant Manager Finance Department
  • Oversee full spectrum of Revenue Recognition and Account Receivable.
  • Managing quarterly GST submission and compliance.
  • Grant management.
  • Liaising with external auditor.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments.
  • Strong analytical mind and meticulous with an aptitude for figure
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated, hands-on experience with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good in verbal and written skills in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
  • Possess Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in GST submission and Grant Management.
  • Proficient in Sage300 is an advantage.
  • Short notice period is preferred.

Jobs Requirements

  • Posses Diploma in Early Childhood Care or equivalent recognized by ECDA

Preschool Teacher Assistant Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore) - Tzu Chi Great Love PreSchool
  • Assists teacher in preparing and presenting lesson plans, materials or programmes to children in a one-to-one or group setting.
  • Assists in monitoring and supervising the children in the classroom, on field trips, meal times and other activities.
  • Assists in monitoring the class when teacher is occupied.
  • Assists children in routine and transition
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Required to have a minimum training requirement of the Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education or ITE Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Education
