Compassion is an act of love. It is a bliss to love and be loved.
We often talk about the mind and mindfulness. To be mindful is to reflect on our innate nature and keep our mind and thoughts free from impurities.
A shift in the mind to be kind brings joy, and the joy is heavenly. On the contrary, evil thoughts bring mental disturbance that can be very torturing.
Be mindful and look after your mind at all times, do not let ill intentions arise due to greed, hatred and ignorance. Be grateful whenever there is opportunity to give and serve others.
What constitutes real happiness in life? Does happiness mean having lots of material wealth?
Life’s bliss is about owning a luxurious car or a grand house, it is about having a heart full of great love. Only when one is wholeheartedly servicing others in society without holding back, can the most blissful life be achieved.
Great love goes beyond international boundaries and compassion knows no distance. True compassion is when we take immediate action to help and save others.
Regardless of whom we face, we must be brave in expressing our sincere and caring gestures. Do not keep these caring thoughts to ourselves, we must show them with action. This will bring meaning and true happiness to our lives.
Interpersonal conflicts arise due to our conflicting hearts. If everyone can cultivate great compassion and wisdom, scenes of chaos will settle down, internal conflicts too will dissipate.
An understanding, grateful and accommodative person is naturally a contented person. He can be happy even leading a simple life.
If a person is untrustworthy, it would be difficult for others to take his words to heart no matter how good they sound…… So how do we make others trust us? We can do that by humbling our ego and broadening our heart.
