Someone asked, “It is normal to have bad thoughts. Although I would not carry out the bad thoughts, how should I deal with bad thoughts?”
The Master answers:
Everyone has thoughts. Whenever thoughts arise in the mind, we must be able to differentiate between good and bad thoughts and be able to choose the good one.
Carrying out good thoughts is a way to accumulate merit for good karma while eliminating bad thoughts is a way of getting rid of bad karma.
