Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the planning and organisation of a quality Early Childhood programme in line
  • with the centre’s guidelines.
  • Guide staff in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and
  • conducive environment that best meets their needs.
  • Guide and support the development and implementation of teaching and learning
  • approaches and resources, as well as best practices to enhance the learning
  • experiences for the children.
  • Manage operations, which include student enrolment, finance, procurement and
  • administration.
  • Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
  • Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct staff development activities.
  • To cooperate with the staff and participate in activities organized by the Tzu Chi
  • Organization.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L)
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership qualities and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of curriculum and instruction and is skilful at curriculum evaluation and staff appraisal.

AV Technician Administrative and Operations Department
Job Description
  • To maintain, set up and alter AV room arrangements including tables, seats, and stages according to blueprints, layout diagrams, and schedules and programs.
  • To have strong communication as a tool to keep project progress moving forward and put event coordinators at ease.
  • To perform electronic repair, installation, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot audio, video and control systems problems as and when required.
  • To maintain AV/VC equipment inventory, generate monthly reports and highlight low inventory numbers or faulty equipment.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC certificate of above.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in handling audio video equipment.
  • Willing to work on weekends or Public Holidays if required.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking with positive attitude.
  • Team player and good communicating skills.

Videographer Humanistic Cultural Development Department
Job Description
  • Work with journalist to produce video news to promote and enforce organization values, reputation and culture.
  • Create and develop promotional video content for internal departments with team members.
  • Apply videography, production and post-production skills in the planning, management and documentation of video shoots.
  • Classify and maintain video library.
  • Shoot and live cast events to ZOOM, Facebook or Youtube.
  • Maintain video-production equipment (e.g. cameras, microphones, lights and tripods).
  • Provide guidance and work closely with volunteers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, television production, multimedia and communications or other related field
  • Experience with the use of hardware (digital cameras and sound-recording equipment) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere and Encoder or other similar software)

Job Description
  • Manage warehouse and inventory
  • Delivering of goods from warehouse to required location
  • Ensure goods receiving and storing in good order in the store room
  • loading and unloading of goods when the container arrived
  • Received order and packing orders
  • Checking online order, verify order, packing and arrange transporter to pick up
  • Transfer stock to outlets to ensure all outlets have inventory
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
  • Possess class 3 Driving license
  • Basic computer skill to do goods transfer

Staff Nurse Medical Service Department
Job Description
  • Demonstrate a high standard of professional and person conduct to ensure treatments and clinical nursing procedures are carried out in accordance to the standard of nursing practice.
  • Participate in initiating and implementing change to improve the quality of care and work processes in the clinic.
  • Demonstrate interest in improving and upgrading nursing knowledge and skills by attending in-service talks, courses or seminars.

Job Description
  • Nurture and educate children from 18 months - 6 years
  • Ensure well-being of the children in the centre especially safety and development
  • Assess the needs of the children
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and conduct lessons
  • Record children's daily routine
  • Communicate regularly with parents
  • Posses Diploma in Early Childhood Care or equivalent recognized by ECDA
  • Good communications skill
  • Able to work well with Children and Families

Preschool Teacher Assistant Tzu Chi Great Love PreSchool
Job Description
  • Assists teacher in preparing and presenting lesson plans, materials or programmes to children in a one-to-one or group setting.
  • Assists in monitoring and supervising the children in the classroom, on field trips, meal times and other activities.
  • Assists in monitoring the class when teacher is occupied.
  • Assists children in routine and transition
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Required to have a minimum training requirement of the Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education or ITE Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Education
