Accountant Finance Department
Job Description
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
  • Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Responsible for accounting tasks and processes (i.e. AP, AR, Cash Application, GL, and Account Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Support and ensure compliances with all finance and tax filing requirements (i.e. GST, AR, etc.).
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like banks, external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, tax and government authorities where required.
  • Working on Annual Budget Exercise.
  • A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy with 5 years’ relevant working experience.
Staff Nurse Medical Department/Home Care
Job Description
  • Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patient.  Provide a safe and personalized nursing care for patients. 
  • Communicates and discusses patients' treatment with Medical team and other health-care providers in the smooth delivery of patient care and services.     
  • Carries out treatments and procedures as prescribed by Physicians in accordance to the standard of nursing practice to meet patients' physical and emotional needs.     
  • Documents care given and monitoring outcomes on the established charts and forms.     
  • Coordinates all patient-related activities for continuity of care. Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.   
  • Dispensing of medicines to patients. Responsible for safe-guarding of patients. Dispense medicines according to the 5 rights of medication administration.       
  • Displays compassion, a positive and caring attitude towards patients, internal and external clients.   
  • Provides patient/ family information and education on disease prevention, process and rehabilitation.   
  • Adhere to infection control practices.       
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment.   
  • Respects and protects patients' rights and confidentiality.     



  • Plan & coordinate, to provide holistic, safe and personalized quality care for patients.     
  • Provide nursing procedures for patients in accordance to standard of nursing practice.

Resident Doctor Medical Service Department
Job Description
  • To render professional medical services to the clinic, as rostered.                           
  • To assist the Nursing and Pharmacy teams where feasible and required.       
  • To assist in Home Medical coverage and other mobile medical services.   
  • To participate in the Foundation's activities and provide medical support and advice, where feasible.     
  • To assist the Clinic Manager in Administrative tasks.   
  • Handle sensitive information with highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Ensure PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines is observed.

Youth Outreach Officer Educational Development Department
Job Description
  • Manage operational and administrative functions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for centre programs and events
  • Collate feedback and review programs to ensure quality of program is maintained
  • Liaise with Procurement and Finance executive on billing and other financial related matters
  • Seek best solutions to improve programs and operations workflow procedures
  • Brainstorm, plan, manage and execute youth wellness related programs and events
  • Coordinate internal resources and partners/vendors for the flawless execution of projects/events

Senior HR Executive HR Department
Job Description
  • Full spectrum of HR operations including compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, training & development support
  • Manage full spectrum of recruitment function including job portal posting, shortlisting, interviewing, profiling and offering.
  • Conduct Orientation/Induction for new join staff.
  • Processing all Government Claims (NS, Childcare, Maternity, etc)
  • Update and maintenance of Payroll system
  • Regular generating of employees’ leave reports and all other letters
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, includes handling foreign employees’ work passes.

Graphic Designer Humanistic Cultural Development Department
Job Description
  • Responsible for the editing and publication of printed collaterals.
  • Responsible for the design and layout of digital content for the design and layout of digital content.
  • Maintain the Corporate Identity System (CIS) of Tzu Chi Singapore.
  • Responsible for the design of gallery space or decoration for Tzu Chi establishments.
  • Assist in display design and the design of exhibit materials for Tzu Chi events.
  • Assist in volunteer training.
  • Perform other administrative duties.
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in related field.
  • Possess at least a diploma in graphic design, multi-media design or related discipline.

Job Description
  • Plan and implement activity programming to include spiritual, physical, intellectual, cognitive and emotional elements of health and wellness for the Gym Tonic and centre-based group activities
  • Guide and encourage seniors during the Gym Tonic and centre-based group activities
  • Provide physical, emotional and social care
  • Assist in registering seniors using the premises. Assess and update individual senior's needs and interests. Regularly update seniors' profile in database
  • Evaluate seniors' needs and interests through personal interactions and communications with seniors, family members and staff

Finance Executive Finance Department
Job Description
Account payable
  • Process monthly Accounts Payable and payment run in a timely accurate manner. Ensure all documents are complete and approved prior to payment run.
  • Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in accounting system.
  • Obtain payment authorization, arrange mailing of cheques and mail payment advices to the vendor.
  • Maintain prior filling of payment documents
  • Prepare month-end accrual listing
  • Monitor vendors outstanding to ensure payment are up to date
  • Prepare documents for new vendor creation or vendor maintenance.
  • Prepare payment schedule
  • Process donation submission on working Saturday and provide support to Collection Team
  • Verify donation details in donation system
  • Support cash counting for fundraising and other events.

Others ad hoc duties to assigned.

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Able to speak and write in English and Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese Associate.
