Accountant Finance Department

Job Description
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
  • Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Responsible for accounting tasks and processes (i.e. AP, AR, Cash Application, GL, and Account Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Support and ensure compliances with all finance and tax filing requirements (i.e. GST, AR, etc.).
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like banks, external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, tax and government authorities where required.
  • Working on Annual Budget Exercise.
Requirements
  • A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Resident Doctor Medical Service Department

  • To render professional medical services to the clinic, as rostered.                           
  • To assist the Nursing and Pharmacy teams where feasible and required.

  • Full spectrum of HR operations including compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, training & development support
  • Manage full spectrum of recruitment function including job portal posting, shortlisting, interviewing, profiling and offering.
  • Conduct Orientation/Induction for new join staff.
  • Processing all Government Claims (NS, Childcare, Maternity, etc)
  • Update and maintenance of Payroll system
  • Regular generating of employees’ leave reports and all other letters
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, includes handling foreign employees’ work passes.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism and other employee disputes.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of HR.
Requirements
  • Possesses Bachelor Degree's in Business or HR Management.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills ie. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Strong experience in dealing with employee matters, labour laws and work relations in Singapore
  • Must be able to read and write mandarin to liaise with non English speaking employee.
