After trying out and fine-tuning its “4-in-1 Structure” for six months, Tzu Chi Singapore launched a 1-year plan for it on 7th February, 2005. The new organizational structure aims to promote Tzu Chi missions more effectively and efficiently. From then on, Tzu Chi enters the community, spreading love to the locals.
Since Tzu Chi relocated its premises (Jing Si Hall) in the northeast region, many people living nearby have been checking up on the grey, majestic-looking building. Many like-minded people are recruited as new volunteers after a series of “Spreading the seeds of love ” activities such as door-to-door publicity, talks, tea parties, and recycling projects are conducted. The volunteers work hard to bring harmony to the society, and purify the human mind, which is the goal of Tzu Chi.
